Looking for a great Pilates Studio? You will like this one

When I come into Kore Pilates the team is always ready to deliver a workout that is by far the best conditioning and fitness program that I have ever tried. The studio is in La Jolla on Girard over Lulu Lemon athletica who themselves are a fitness machine that works with Kore Pilates to get their staff athletes looking fantastic always. The Pilates is just how Joseph Pilates designed it to be taught here, it gets you results and as fast as you dare to go. Stephanie and Pablo the owners with a team of smart and motivating Certified trainers will put you through the paces to get you strong and fit without injuries. They are all athletes too which is key for them to understand what is needed for you to perform in your sport or just life. You find it all here, Ballet stars, rock climbers, golfers, swimmers, marathon runners, surfers wow! Go train with them and let me know if I'm wrong.

Amazing Pilates Studio

Kore Pilates is La Jolla is my favorite studio in San Diego. After doing Pilates here for a year and seeing the amazing results- I enrolled in Stephanies certification class to become a trainer myself. Stephanie is an amazing teacher and is really passionate about pilates. I would recommend this studio to anyone who really wants to feel good about their body. You will find the strength and flexibility to do anything you want to do.

• Pros: Very educated trainers, relaxed atmosphere, great workout.

Best Pilates Studio

Overlooking the pacific ocean, this studio offers private sessions for the entire Pilates experience! The trainers are excellent, certified and fun, and the studio is beyond amazing.
