Representation for tax resolution both Federal and State. Help with removal of tax liens, levies and garnishments.

mr. williams handled a restraining order and removal from residence matter and helped me. i am a disabled vetran since 1991 and had limited money, my ex-wife had more finances. i did not know that a judge could order the other side to pay fees if you couldnt affort an attorney. mr. williams was patient and got a restraining order dropped and allowed me to return to my house which had special facilities for my handicap and have custody of my daughter shared with my ex wife. my ex wife was ordered to pay the fees because she made more money than me and it made it so i could pay mr williams and not have a restraining order that was made up to make me look bad. she did not tell judge i had a handicap and couldnt threaten her as she said. i tried to do things myself but it was better to have an attorney. im thankful he answered his phone on the weekend, or i would have just stayed my own attorney.

I went through several lawyers before I met Mr. Dan. I had all kinds of legal problems, my ex wife, custody problems and financial. I FELT LIKE I WAS IN A TRAIN WRECK! Anyway to get to the point, he helped me get joint custody, lower my child support and muzzle my ex.I had other problems legal problems which I do not want to discuss( post traumatic shock). I referred my sister to him for IRS problems and he got her out of boiling water. Of all my lawyer experiences: he returns phone calls. I will always be thankful to dan williams

Pros: easy to talk with, caring

Cons: parking is limited

Mr. Williams, or Dan as he likes to be called did my divorce. I was devastated at the sudden break up of my marriage. My husband left me with three minor children, a monthly mortgage I couldnt pay, massive debt and not a shred of willingness to fairly resolve our fifteen year marriage dissolution. Dan got me a settlement I could only dream of, discharged my back taxes that my husband left me with, and discharged all the debt I was left with (without filing for Bankruptcy!). In fairness I did get frustrated in that he is often hard to get a hold of and hard to get a direct call back from. He has a staff who work hard at answering questions and calling back. To some extent it goes to his hard work that hes SO HARD to get a hold of, but in the end he delivers the results I needed. My thanks go out to Luisa, Dawn, and Olga who work hard with him to protect my rights. You are all family and I pray for you all every night.

Pros: Gives you HONEST advice on what to expect, sometimes stuff you do NOT want to hear, but need to.

Cons: At times, not always he is hard to get a hold of, but in the end has DIRECT contact with you.

I can't believe somebody would say something bad about MR. WILLIAMS. I had several co-workers who all utilized his services off of the reccomendation of one and others. He took ALL the time out of his schedule that I required. He met with me on weekends and around my schedule. He answered calls day and night and worked until my situation was FINALLY resolved. I had three other attorneys before Mr. Williams who did NOTHING. I spent over 10K and three years ATTEMPTING TO DO what Mr. Williams did in six months!!! And I spent a fraction of the price. I owe Mr. Williams my fresh start and for that matter everything I have. He is NOT only an EXCELLENT ATTORNEY, but he is a GREAT PERSON. I would tell anybody who has a legal matter to talk to him and if he cant represent you, he will tell you who can!

Pros: No salesmanship, shoots straightforward!

Cons: Nothing.

Mr Williams upon receiving final payment stopped working on my case. He would not answer emails or receive my phone calls. Went to see him and he was full of excuses, made promises and never followed through on them. Maybe if he reads this he'll start working my case.

Pros: none

Cons: Took final payment and stopped working my case
