Sheraton Suites San Diego at Symphony Hall
2 star disappointment.
The first "non-smoking" room smelled like an ashtray, the second wasn't any better. The bathroom needs to be remodeled. The window latch was broken. The refrigerator did not keep things cool. The
cordless phone didn't work. The TV remote went up a channel, but did not go down -- and the volume buttons did not work. The a/c unit had two settings: freezing cold or off. The two tier elevator system made navigating the hotel frustratingly long.
On the positive side, it was certainly a suite with two living areas -- better with kids. The valet parking was expedient (but expensive @ $25/day).…
