If you want the best, then search no more.......... Customer service is thier business. From the second you walk thorugh the doors you feel the "ME TIME". Have not found any other salon that offers what this does!!!!! Oh ya, best hair in town!!
- Pros: Two thumbs and two big toes up!!!! Lots of FREE Parking!
- Cons: There just are none!

I have been going to Salon Bordeaux since they opened, and have always been very satisfied. The stylists are very talented and friendly. They really listen, so I always get exactly what I ask for. They always have great suggestions, and really know what is flattering on each individual, so if you need ideas or an updated look, you are in good hands as well. Kym is my stylist- she's fabulous! The atmosphere is great, very inviting. I send my friends to Salon Bordeaux and they've all been happy too. You should definitely check it out!
- Pros: I like to try different hairstyles and colors, and they always do a wonderful job.

I have been going to Slaon Bordeaux since they first opened. I actually followed both my hair stylist and esthatitian there from their former place of work. My skin has never looked better, and I love my hair every time I go. I would never think of going anywhere else. Nicole and Jessica take care of me better than any other salon I've been to. They go above and beyond for loyal clients. A free massage to start off my hair appointment! I've never heard of anyone doing that! Complimentary tea, wine, or other beverages? Yes please! These are just some of the many ways they make me feel special. Not to mention always keeping me looking fabulous! I recommend all my friends to go here and I am recommending you go to. Nicole also has a loyalty program in place so I don't know what that other review was about. Every 6th facial is half off. I would go regardless. It may not be cheap, but you get what you pay for. I feel it's a great value.
- Pros: Free parking, drinks and massages. Nice cozy. fun atmosphere. Friendliest service.

I started seeing Nicole at Salon Bordeaux for my skin after being referred by my fabulous hairdresser Emily. She really pampers me on each visit, whether I am getting waxed, or getting a facial. She gives me samples to try if I need a product & has a great "Facial Club" to earn FREE facials as well as a really good referral policy. Most of my friends see her now too!
- Pros: A back massage with every facial, client parking lot, massages while your color is on

I would NOT recommend Salon Bordeaux to anyone getting a skin service! Compare prices and discounts other skin specialists will give you. The skin specialist, Nicole, doesn't offer any discounts to loyal customers. Why go there when there are so many other skin specialists looking to build clientele that will reward you for being a loyal regular customer? I would try another if I were you!
