Poor service. Arrived 20 minutes late causing me to rush after my arrival at the airport. The driver was very casual about the situation even after I told him he was 20 minutes late. I do not recommend this service if reliability is your main concern or if you're traveling on business. Very disappointed.

Please note that on the specified date of your complaint we have no record of any pick ups to the airport. Our drivers undergo training and are aware of the importance of all their pick ups including airports. We are unsure if you have posted this review for the wrong company but please be aware that customers satisfaction is our TOP PRIORITY.
