This is a great place to get back into shape and stay in shape. Not a bunch of monkeys running around in workout gear pretending to be trainers. These guys and gals know their stuff. I go three times a week and get a full workout each time. I am getting much stronger, losing fat and find that I have more energy throughout the day. I've never been in a program like this one and I love it because they work with my individual needs.....And the hours are great too. If you want a full body workout, this is the place to go.

Staff - Outstanding Equipment - Cutting edge Location - Convenient & Accessible Hours - Personally Flexible If you are looking for motivation, innovative training with cutting edge equipment to accommodate big and small goals alike - this is your place! The big gyms aren't personalized enough, and the "home training" or "gender specific" gyms cannot provide an environment as effective as NRG fitness - it's the sweet spot!
Pros: Show up and lt thme do the rest
Cons: None

I have gone to ALOT of gyms in my time and have worked out with many differnt types of trainers and have had minimal results or have lost the will to keep up with it. Until I signend up at NRG Fitness, I have maintained my goals, I have learnend to love working out and the best part about it, is that it is not repetitive. The trainers their, really know what they are doing and always have your best interest in mind. Nrg Fitness is the only place I will ever refer out to friends. If you are looking for something new, or even a challenge... This is the place for you!
Pros: Not repetitive, always pushing you to suceed, Builds a great relationship with you, State of the art equipment

I started working with NRG in August of 2007. I like that I can work out 3 days a week, early in the morning and with a group of people and obtain the results that I have set for myself. Their interval training really works and I have seen a difference not only in inches but also in my everyday activities. T. Freitas

The atmosphere at NRG is invigorating, not intimidating like some gyms. When you are heavy it is difficult to get yourself in a workout mode. The owners Rene and Brian made me feel like my weight was not as big a deal as I thought. I have lost 3 pant sizes to date! Nrg will work with your limitations from injuries and still give you a complete workout. I have recommended NRG to others and will continue to do so. T Riedel

I had been going to a personal trainer for 7 years when I started NRG a year ago. I felt that I was stuck in a rut and not making any progress. The workouts at NRG were different then anything I had ever done before and it works. Brian , Rene and all the staff really push you to be all you can be. They are very flexible with your times, extremely motivating and very fun to be around. I actually enjoy going to the gym. After I started there my husband joined and has been going for a year. He has increased stamina, lots of great new muscles and a overall healthy feeling. I would recommend NRG to anyone!
Pros: convenience, motivating, fun, energetic

As a very busy global business Executive, my time is limited and finding the best fitness experinece has been a real challenge, until now. NRG combines the best of everything in a format that really works. In the past three months I've dropped almost 15 pounds and increased my endurance, flexibility, and power. I'm very happy with the staff and they really care about the goals I have and the experience I am looking for. I've worked with five different gyms in the last ten years and I wouldn't recommend any of them. NRG is the only one for me! Please email me if you have any questions
Pros: Flexible Hours, great program, very clean facility
Cons: none

Having lived much of my life overweight and lazy, my 30th birthday was a time to change all that. I started walking and lost as much weight as one can, but there comes a point when you need to start doing more and not having any experience you don't know where to start. I didn't want to go to one of the large, impersonal chains but I also didn't think I could afford a personal trainer. NRG Fitness not only met my personal requirements (small, private to semi private - sometimes I join their group workouts) but they fit my budget. "You get what you pay for" is a common phrase, but I can honestly say that I have gotten WAY more than I would have ever expected. I've worked out with all of their trainers on a one to one basis for almost 5 years and have experienced amazing improvement not just in my appearance but overall health. I had never been much for exercise and am still astounded when I find myself not just looking forward to going into the studio, but scheduling my time to make sure I don't miss any appointments. Having lost nearly 80lbs and kept it off for the past 6 years, I give a lot of credit to the encouragement and expectations from the owners and employees of NRG Fitness. My doctor says whatever I am doing, keep it up! Not only are the trainers and owners great people to work with but the clientele are happy to be there, which makes the workout even better. I can't imagine getting the same physical and emotional benefit from one of the large, cattle call gyms nor have I found another smaller studio setting gym with the same amount of sincere interest in my health. Brian and Rene inspire you to give 100% and they give it right back.
Pros: Service, location, hours, upbeat, decor, friendliness

NRG Fitness is an awesome workout experience. I feel I get a terrific workout - personal attention, in a really positive, motivating environment. They are experts at pushing you to excell & help you achieve your goals. The "intimate" setting is very comfortable - gyms can be intimidating, but not this one!
