Awful Costumer Service!. I had a backcial (facial but on my back) at Sara's because I was wearing a low cut dress to a wedding that coming weekend. The service was $80. The entire process took about 30 minutes (rip off for $80) and she left a HUGE red scab right in the middle of my back. The scab looked like a burn mark. I didn't have anything wrong with my back when I went there. I just wanted softer, better looking skin for the wedding.

When I called to tell her about the red mark she said "oh really, well I don't know why that would have happened, just don't touch it or put anything on it". She didn't apologize or feel bad about it at all.

Bottom line I would NEVER go back to her again.…
