Best Facial I have ever had!!!

From the moment I walked in I knew everything was going to be great!!! Sara was so knowledgeable that asked me a couple questions and new exactly what to do!!! I also scheduled for a turbine bronzing and bought a pair of Bed head Pj's. LOVED EVERYTHING!!!

This boutique is so cool ! I knew I liked it the minute I walked in. I had a Body Exfoliation to start. My skin felt so soft. Then I had a manicure and a pedicure, then the Ginseng Hebal Facial ( awesome). Everyone was so professional and friendly. Best customer service ever! I loved it there!

Awful Costumer Service!

I had a backcial (facial but on my back) at Sara's because I was wearing a low cut dress to a wedding that coming weekend. The service was $80. The entire process took about 30 minutes (rip off for $80) and she left a HUGE red scab right in the middle of my back. The scab looked like a burn mark. I didn't have anything wrong with my back when I went there. I just wanted softer, better looking skin for the wedding.
When I called to tell her about the red mark she said "oh really, well I don't know why that would have happened, just don't touch it or put anything on it". She didn't apologize or feel bad about it at all.
Bottom line I would NEVER go back to her again.
