Fitness on the Move has changed my life. I committed to exercising twice a week at my place of business. I not only noticed a change in my body, but also in my energy level. I broke my elbow last summer and was unable to follow a full program for several weeks. However, my orthopedic surgeon commented on the good condition of my bones and also said that I had the fastest recovery of that type of injury that he has ever seen!
