My thanks to Katie and all of the team at Veritus Funding for doing a great job in helping me buy my first home in Orange County, California and taking the time to answer all of my questions about my loan. As a customer I am satisfied with the services of this mortgage company and would highly recommend its practice to anyone considering to use them in buying their home. Katie, was kind and professional to me as a customer and should be recognized for her good work in getting me approved in my loan. I look to some day in the future to work with this mortgage company again for the next home I purchase. Ted was very, very helpful. This is what we got from him: 1) Very knowledgeable 2) Received the assistance we needed 3) Ted went out of his way to provide extra help for Michael & me (Judith) 4) Everything was efficient 5) When we called him he answered the phone within 2 rings. What good customer service. That tells you the kind of employee you have. 6) To sum all of this in a nut shell - Ted, keep up the good work. P.S. Have a blessed day. Michael & Judith David
Pros: Everyone at Veritus Funding was so nice and informative.
Cons: None. We got into a low 30 year fixed at no cost. This was our third refinance with Ted.

We're writing this letter to let you know that we refinanced our home with Greg from Veritus Funding. He was very professional and made it a smooth process. We appreciated his services so much that we are currently refinancing our home again with Veritus. Once again they are consolidating debt, getting us cash out and lowering our monthly payment with no fees to us. He said to us that we would be clients for life, and we are! Pros: Great Service. Friendly Staff. Never Pay Points or Fees Again.
Cons: Little more than i would have rather paid, but the rates and service were outstanding.
