I used to think Frogs in Solona Beach was for more of the serious athlete, but now it is more of a scene. From employees on down. Attitude and image has changed a lot over the last several years.

Great place to work out if you are serious about your body. Amazing classes and trainers. Service is tops!!

When I found this place I was psyched. It's got that beach feel - open, two levels, high ceilings and a ton of fitness equipment. Staff are very competent and nice. I love the amenities. Last year they did a lot of upgrades and they seem to replace cardio equipment pretty often. Good equipment. Well maintained. GREAT classes. They also have this new program called Gravity - group workouts on machines that work the whole body.
