The only things that save this hotel is the fact that it is across the street from the ocean, it allows pets for $25.00/pet and it has free wireless. Other than that, it was pretty bad. The staff was friendly but pretty much useless. The room was not cleaned very well when we arrived, and guest services was impossible to contact. Trying to reach someone who could actually help with even basic things was very difficult. We ordered breakfast in our room and it took almost 45 minutes to arrive, and when it did arrive it was the wrong order. We had to eat it anyway because we were already behind schedule. They did, however, refund our money for this which was good. I ended up getting sick shortly after eating the food, and our day was cut short because of that. The used room service tray from breakfast was still sitting outside our door when we went to bed that night. I was not at all impressed with this hotel and I would never stay there again. It was not worth $200 per night.
Pros: Pets allowed, close to downtown and ocean, has balconies
Cons: Gross and overpriced
