I love this place. The Soba Chicken Salad is the best. Heathly and fresh. Just a correction SS has a website and hours of operations are incorrect. They are open 10-3pm. They have a sister restaurant called Enteca Style and you can order salads
Amazing Salads, great for corporate lunches, unique taste

I'm normally more of a meat and potatoes kind of person, but the other day, my boss treated us to lunch and took us to Salad Style. It was probably the best salad I've ever had. It had steak and blue cheese crumbles...yeah, I could pretty much eat it all day and all night. You gotta try this place out. My 2 cents!
FRESHEST! LARGE! HEALTHIEST SALADS IN TOWN I'VE FOUND!
by barb2006 at Citysearch
My favorite salad place when in San Diego! You will find the best, healthiest salad spot in town at Salad Style. Salads are huge with fresh salad greens; top grade meats cooked perfectly, and make great dinners as well as lunches. Pick one or two up to take home for dinner. Their website of same name shows their salads (not sure why there isn't a link to their site here.) Call ahead of you are in a hurry or having guests for lunch or dinner. Each salad is made fresh and service is good. ENJOY!
- Pros: FANTASTIC FOOD FOR TAKE OUT LUNCHES OR DINNERS
- Cons: Limited seating if you want to eat there. Take it to the harbor, home or work and eat.
Leaf lovers rejoice for a snazzy, fast-food health spot off the beaten path in the East Village.

In Short
Catering to the height of California cuisine--and hectic schedules--Salad Style means green with its all-salad menu and speedy, toss-and-go service. Owners Maryjo Testa and Scott Thomas delight dieters and a health-conscious lunch crowd with dressings dashed with African and Asian flavors and special dishes that sprout season to season. Though the dining room isn't much to speak of, the fresh menu and swift service are a welcome addition to Downtown's barron F Street corridor.
