Great place to live, this area has improved dramatically in past 6 months! Secure, safe, great manager!

Less than 100 ft from house of blues, great Irish pub (stout house) just around corner, jade theater across street! Four blocks to horton plaza and gaslamp. underground parking , pets , great neighbors

• Pros: close to everything
• Cons: 1 laundry room , but only 45 units
