With over 4,000 acres, Mission Bay Park spans across several different waterways, greenbelts and coastal landmarks. From shoving off on a sailboat, to motoring a jet ski, to picnicking near the playground, it's a family-oriented outdoor destination. The city of San Diego estimates that over 15 million people visit each year, drawn by community events like over the line and free beach volleyball courts.
