Being as Revive was located quite close to my house, I was really excited to try it out. Looking in the cool windows I saw a sleek modern decor, fashionable stylists scuttling busily around and clients with giant smiles on their faces. I felt hopeful, as I had a whole slew of spa treatments I wanted to try out. I decided to do a brow wax first, just to test them out. I didn't have to wait at all in the waiting room, as I was taken straight back to a treatment room. The girl that did my brows, Carli, did a great job, though she missed a few small hairs. I also thought my eyebrows were a little thick, but I remedied that the second time I had my brows done by her (just needed to tell her). The treatment room was very small and I could hear people in all of the other treatment rooms, which I didn't particularly like. Anyways, it only cost $16 for a good brow job, so I was very happy. I was kept waiting for 15 minutes before my second appt, which was a little annoying. I had my teach bleached with their LumaCool technology. It worked, although my teeth were not bright white, like on their website. I felt pressured to buy products, but, for $199 it was a pretty good deal. The other treatment rooms were loud, which was a little annoying. At that point I was planning on dropping about $500 on a big spa day there, but I wanted to try one more service, just to be sure. I went back to have my eyebrows waxed again, and this time I waited a good 20 minutes. The staff were rude and I felt uncomfortable, although Carli did another great job. I could still hear people talking in other treatment rooms. I ended up dropping my cash for a big spa day at the All About You Day Spa instead. I don't think I would go back to Revive, as the treatment rooms are not well appointed, loud, and two of the receptionists were rude. I also didn't like waiting for at least 15 minutes (when the place was nearly empty) two of the three times I was there.
Pros: Convenient location, Carli
Cons: Rude receptionists, long wait time, loud treatment rooms, not relaxing
