I have used SD Carpet Care a couple of times. They do exceptional work at an extremely affordable price. My carpets look like they are BRAND NEW! I would highly recommend them!

Don't be fooled by thier sales pitch. They came out and then added extras and then a job that was to be $100 was now $250. I just hate people that are just in business to rip people off.

I came home Thursday evening to a horrible mess. My labradoodle was sick all over my house and my husband tried to "clean" it only to leave huge brown spots all over the steps and in 5 rooms downstairs. Our carpets are a very light beige so I just wanted to cry. The smell was overwhelming! I got online and found sd carpet...I was a bit embarrassed at first but talking to Dan was like talking to a good friend. He was very professional and went out of his way to help us. He said it was a bit late but will do what He can...Will and Robert showed up at around 7:30pm! What a lifesaver! As yucky as things were,they were extremely professional and my carpets look like new! I wish I took pictures. I gladly wrote the check, nice tip included. Will use them again.

I made an appointment with sd carpet and they gave me a window between 9 and 11. They called me the day before and said that I had an appointment for 12 and 2. They claimed that I never had the appointment between 9 & 11 because that's not the way they do business.

sd carpets did a great job on restoring my carpet I had everything spilled on it and they got it ALL out more than I expected they deserve 10**********

SD carpet cares number was given to me from a friend of mine. She was happy with their service. The technician which came to clean my carpet was professional, young and definitely very experienced . The equipment he used looked new and was very effective in removing the stains from the carpet.

When I went to look for a carpet cleaner I used Citysearch and thought that all the positive ratings for this company meant good service. Apparently they're not consistent. When they left, carpets were not cleaner - just wetter - and they move as little furniture as possible. I had boxspring up against the wall and they did not move it at all, did not move bed and did not move dining room table. Half my place is still uncleaned!! And then acted like they did me a favor!!! Lazy and I think there are better out there. 8/5/2007 This is in responce from SD Carpet cleaning. I was told that I needed to request furniture to be moved at time of service. And that they won't come back. I shouldn't have to ask it should just be done. And yes unfortunately I was a real customer. So I can't recommend them for anything
