HI my name is Jessica, I had a great experience at Dr. Shapiro's office. To start, Maricela, the office manager was very friendly. Once I arrived, she welcomed me with a big smile on her face. She attended me with much respect. We had a friendly conversation and throughout my short wait, she made me feel comfortable. The best thing I liked was that I did not have to wait a long time for my turn. Furthermore, when Carlos, the Dental Assistant, greeted me, he as well as Maricela welcomed me in a friendly manner. It was great to see that Carlos was interested in knowing if I had any concerns regarding my teeth. By him asking me, it shows that they care about their patients. Moreover, Dr. Shapiro is the best dentist I have ever had. She has been the only one that does not make me feel nervous about getting dental treatment. To conclude, what I enjoyed the most is that they all take their time and treat one patient at a time. During my visit, I did not feel unattended or rushed out of the room. It is great how they schedule patients with enough time to pay close attention to each one without having to stress that they have more patients in the waiting room waiting to be treated. It is a stress free environment and I just love it!
Pros: you are in and out at a fair time
Cons: parking is difficult
