Nice Massage Experience

The membership entitles you to 1 hour massage each month. If you upgrade to 1 1/2 you get a discounted rate. If you don't use your monthly massage , it carries over. The staff is friendly. The therapists are nice and seem to know what they are doing. i think they could improve by offering more of a spa atmosphere by adding showers, changing rooms and robes. But for a good massage this is a good place to go.

• Cons: No showers!

It's like time share for massage!

I love, love, love my membership. Even though the monthly fees gives me a one-hour massage, I always, always, always upgrade to the hour-and-a-half massage. My old spa charged me $160 for that hour-and-a-half PLUS a tip! So I could only go about twice a year. Now I go almost every week. I could never do that otherwise! I used to sell timeshare, and what people love about that concept is that they're SURE they'll go on vacation every year. So Massage Envy is like timeshare for massage ... I'm sure I'll go often! It's the best money I could ever spend on ME.

• Cons: Not a full-out luxury environment like a 5-star hotel

Great spa for the price

Message Envy is relaxing with a very good atmosphere for the price. The staff definitely knows what they are doing and the membership package is very affordable if you use it often enough. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good message.

The best customer service. I am a member in the Temecula area. I wanted to show my gratitude to someone who spends a lot of time with my son by purchasing a gift card. I called expecting to be told that I had to drive the 30 miles and come in person. I was pleasantly greeted by not one but two people who could not have been more helpful and friendly. They looked my account up and handled the transaction. I love the Massage Envy up here and I am very excited to know there is one in Escondido too. The next time I travel down the 15 I will be calling them. It is very rare to do business with a company over time that always meets or exceeds your expectations. Massage Envy is one of those companies. Not only is their customer service first notch, but the therapist are fantastic. Do yourself a favor and never go to another high priced spa and pay 100+ dollars for a massage. Call Massage Envy?you will not regret it. I haven?t since the first day I went there.

Exceptional Experience

I was pleasently surprised from the initial experience until I left to return to work.

When I first entered the clinic, I was greeted by young and vibrant smile. After some small chat, I was escorted to their tranquility room where I filled out a deailed intake form. The associate explained that the information was necessary so that the therapist had sufficient information in order to customize the massage to satisfy my particular needs.

I was then introduced to my assigned therapist, who escorted me to the therapy room. There the therapists asked me more specific questions about my particular situation, then explained the different modalities available. She went on to explain the entire flow of the massage she thought would best address my needs for that day.

Throughout the session, the therapis checked with me a few times to ensure she was applying proper pressure and to ensure I was comfortable .

Upon completion of the therapy session, the therapist once again explained the process she went through and gave me a card with with her recommended treatment plan and some health tips.

When she escorted me to the the front desk area, I was once again greeted by the same associated that I had first talked with. The therapist explained to the associate her recomended treatment plan for me and encorouged her to book my next apointment.

Needless to say, I joined their wellness program and have been adhering to the plan recomended my the therapist.

What a fantastic experience! and I can't believe the price.
