The best customer service. I am a member in the Temecula area. I wanted to show my gratitude to someone who spends a lot of time with my son by purchasing a gift card. I called expecting to be told that I had to drive the 30 miles and come in person. I was pleasantly greeted by not one but two people who could not have been more helpful and friendly. They looked my account up and handled the transaction. I love the Massage Envy up here and I am very excited to know there is one in Escondido too. The next time I travel down the 15 I will be calling them. It is very rare to do business with a company over time that always meets or exceeds your expectations. Massage Envy is one of those companies. Not only is their customer service first notch, but the therapist are fantastic. Do yourself a favor and never go to another high priced spa and pay 100+ dollars for a massage. Call Massage Envy…you will not regret it. I haven’t since the first day I went there.
