I called about a rental property they have listed on craigs list. All I wanted was general information about the property and received an arrogant barrage of questions. When I asked what the name of the agent was he said I had an attitude an hung up on me. Unbelievable that he is still in business.

I am a very positive person who always sees the cup as half full. As a result, I am hesitant to write this review, but my civic duty tells me I should. I spoke to Mr. Cornwell today regarding a rental on behalf of my nephew. Not only are all the negative comments about Mr. Cornwell true, but I found him to be rude, arrogant, petty, and completely unprofessional. I assume Mr. Cornwell is either very ill, or the worse-mannered person I have dealt with in many years. Accordingly, I think it is imperative that the Board of Realtors be informed of his severe behavior disorder. Mr. Cornwell, I apologize for having to write this, but I believe you would do yourself and everyone a huge favor by moving on to another career where your distasteful personality would not be observed.
Pros: Unfortunately, there are none.
Cons: Terrible! Mr. Cornwell desperately needs help.

I have tried to discuss a rental with this person and it is as if he really doesn't want to rent the property. He is very negative and only talks about how many people he turns away. He is very condescending. It is really unfortunate, because I would like to rent the house. He knows nothing about me, but seems completely uninterested in my business. Very strange personality.

I was looking for a rental for my friend who is moving to San Diego, I contacted this man and let me tell you, he is one of the worst realtor out there, rude and unhelpful. Will file a complaint against this man to DRE soon.

This is the most unprofessional and rude man I have ever experienced. This man does not deserve anyones buisness! i wish i had read a review before i even picked up the phone!
