I am so happy to have found Utopia Management, i was very freightened to go with a property management company being it was my first time i was very confused and didn't know what to look for or what to ask especially with so many choices now days you dont really know who is the best out there and you want the best. Upon my request for more informationto the last steps to now they have been increideble helpful and very professional in every aspect of the word. I am extremely impressed and happy with the Utopia has handled my propertynand my business they truly have made my experience wonderful, keeping me on the loop of the property , answering any question's or concern''s i might have they have valued my business to the fullest and i truly apppreciate that.

Just recently I moved to San Diego from Arizona. I have been through so many different property management companies and Utopia Management has been the most helpful. My husband and I love working with them. We have now been renting from them for about four months and have had a pleasant business with them. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

I have been very happy with Utopia since renting our condo with them six months ago. We had to move and Utopia has been prompt with sending us our funds and having direct deposit has made a big difference to us since I am out of the country. Thank you for the great service and always responding to us in a prompt and professional manner.

We as owners have been with Utopia a little over 8 months. We love the quick responses that we receive from our property manager. A perfect example of this is today, we emailed her at about noon and within a 1/2 hour she responded to us. Thanks for all of your hard work!

I recently went to a showing and I must say the property manager really took the time to show us around the place and had the answers to all of our questions and concerns. We have looked at many other properties and we did not receive the treatment as we did with Utopia, and from that experience we rented the property from them.

I live out of state and have owned property in San Diego for more than fourteen years. Utopia Management has been my Property Managers for a little of three years, choosing them as a Management Company is one of the best decisions I've made I wish I would have done it long ago. I used to have to fly to San Diego several times a year to make sure my property was being maintained but now that I am with Utopia I don't have to. They are doing a wonderful job, from the Resident Manager they have placed at the property, the helpful accounting department to my reliable Property Manager and her assistant this company works as a team to make sure my property as well as my tenants are taken care of. I can rest assured that my property is the best hands it could be in and I now have more time for me and my family.

I have used a couple other local property mnaagement companies and I have to say that Utopia has been the best yet. My account manager has been very helpful whenever maintenance issues come up. She always keeps me informed of the happenings at my home. She is very propmt about retuning my calls within the promised 24 hour time frame. Additionally, she is very patient with me as I tend to be a little neurotic when it comes to my home. She makes managing seem so easy sometime :) Anyway, Utopia gets my seal of approval!

Thanks for all of your hard work renting my property. I have been impressed by the service I have received from your company since signing on six months ago. My husband and I were unsure if we should sell or rent our property when we had to move for his job. I am glad we decided to rent with Utopia. Thanks for everything and keep up the good work.

I have owned a multi family residece for over 13 years now. Out of those 13 years, Utopia Has managed my building for 6. I have always been impressed with the level of response I got from the maintenance coordinator. Additionally, my property manager always did a great job keeping my overhead costs low, refilling units as they came vacant, and correcting any errors that were made on their end. I am sad to say that I have sold my property and gone into retirement. Nonetheless, hats off to you, Utopia, for the years of excellent client servcies that you have provided me! I could not have done it without you.

I am currently the President of an HOA. Utopia has been providing us with management services for years now and I have always been pleased with the quality of their service. They respond to all of my queries quickly and we have found the staff there to be outstanding and professional. My HOA is very pleased with Utopia's service and would recommend anyone looking for HOA management to contact Utopia.
