If your an athete in the area you must chack out this place.

This place is unbelievable, the facility is top notch and the staff is very knowledgeable. I just started the triathlon boot camp (strength training) and my trainer Greg was great, I truly feel I'm in good hands here. Coastal Sports and Wellness has already done wonders for my girl friend who up until a few weeks ago couldn't run two miles due to problems with certain muscles in her legs, after a few therapy sessions she's back in action. So if your MIA from injury or just what to up your game, check out Coastal Sports they won't let you down.

I love this Place. I can't wait to see my true potential.

• Pros: A triathete's dream
• Cons: the magazines in waiting room were out of date, if I have to say something bad.
