Best Hair Cut in My Life

Seriously! I went there, and asked Frederick to put the "Rock Star" back in my hair. (I received a "soccer mom" cut at another salon which I hated) And he knew exactly what I meant, and gave me an awesome hair cut. This is going to be the only hair salon I go to in San Diego.
Pros: It's not a chain, and the staff is friendly
Cons: It's hard to find parking downtown.
