Poor quality, worse customer service

Poor quality. Had to call them back the next day to fix a leak. They will not respect your property. They left burn marks on our sprinkler control box and stucco. They did not call with the estimate before doing the work. Customer service is terrible. I called the manager several times but got no call back. When I finally reached the manager Amber Howe, they denied the damage was caused by them, and were very rude.

I used them last year to replace a shower valve and they left dirty bootprints and scratches in the bathtub. Since they offered a 15% discount for next time, I decided to give them one more chance. What a mistake!!! I recommend you find a different plumber if you are considering Bill Howe Plumbing.

If you want fast good service this is a great local company to use. I use them for my office when I have an emergency and they are always timely. Of course you have to pay the basic minimum servie charge whether it is a big job or small. No free quotes.

WORST SERVICE !

TOTAL RIP OFFS! Charged me for an hour not needed! Left a mess! Customer service rep said that he is 'just the paper-pusher'! I feel that I was just robbed in my face!

Will definitely dispute payment with credit card company! Totally would NOT recommend them.
