Poor quality, worse customer service

Poor quality. Had to call them back the next day to fix a leak. They will not respect your property. They left burn marks on our sprinkler control box and stucco. They did not call with the estimate before doing the work. Customer service is terrible. I called the manager several times but got no call back. When I finally reached the manager Amber Howe, they denied the damage was caused by them, and were very rude.

I used them last year to replace a shower valve and they left dirty bootprints and scratches in the bathtub. Since they offered a 15% discount for next time, I decided to give them one more chance. What a mistake!!! I recommend you find a different plumber if you are considering Bill Howe Plumbing.

The purpose of this letter is to invite your attention to the superior quality, professional proficiency and individual integrity of your employee or sub-contractor Mr. Brian Rice. Four times in the past month or so it was our pleasure to have enjoyed the services of Mr. Rice as he tended to plumbing and air conditioning problems in our town house and later our principle residence in Poway. On the first occasion Mr. Rice was by chance dispatched to investigate and repair a continuous water leak in our town house. On arrival he investigated the problem thoroughly before apprising us of the nature of the problem, the extent of probable repairs and likely costs. It turned out that his analysis was correct and the repairs were made expeditiously the following day. On a second occasion we detected a dripping leak in a lower floor half bathroom but could not isolate the source. We called BILL HOWE and requested the services of Brian Rice since he was already familiar with the plumbing arrangement of the house. He was dispatched to assist us on the occasion of his first availability, localized the source of the problem and corrected the issue promptly. On the other two occasions Mr. Rice was specifically requested by name to correct an air conditioning at our principal residence in Poway.

Please convey our appreciation and thanks to Mr. Brian Rice for his services noting that a City employee who inspected the completed under-the-slab leak by-pass work in response to our request for a water bill adjustment commented most favorably on the quality of the plumbing work Mr. Rice had accomplished.

We also appreciate the timely and effective air conditioning system work done by Mr. Rice as later supported by Mr. Sanchez. Mr. Rice and Mr. Sanchez are a credit to your company.

I wanted to tell you that you have the nicest staff! From the man who took my call, to Gilbert who is so polite and Jim in the warehouse. Gilbert and Jim both took time to help me understand the ?limitations" of our low flush toilets!

Bill Howe Plumbing Is Great!

Wanted to tell you about how great the guy (Blake) was who came to my mom's house on Saturday. She's had someone out to install the faucet in her new kitchen and the connections for the dishwasher ? (of course I don't know the technical terms). Apparently that technician didn't tighten some ?stuff? and she had leaks in her brand new cabinets! Well, she called and the guy came right out. When he found one thing not tightened, he checked all the connections that had been installed ? he heard water under the dishwasher. He fixed that too before it got worse.

He could have easily just fixed the one thing she complained about ? then what would have happened?!?!

WORST SERVICE !

TOTAL RIP OFFS! Charged me for an hour not needed! Left a mess! Customer service rep said that he is 'just the paper-pusher'! I feel that I was just robbed in my face!

Will definitely dispute payment with credit card company! Totally would NOT recommend them.
