worst communication

I recieved a call from this company. They gave very little info. and demanded to know who owned the home, and could they inspect the outside of the house on mon. I did not feel comfortable giving out information and offered to take a message. The man who called was extremly rude and continued to push me for information. I told him I was not sure who he was or what he was calling me about. Then he became even more rude speaking as if to a two year old> I said for the third time no thanks and hung up.
I then attempted to get the number off my caller ID to make a complaint and see how they got my unlisted phone number. The number on the ID had a recoring saying in was no longer in service even though I had just recieved a call from them.
I would have to say if this is any indication of the way they treat prospective customers, I would not recomend them to anyone.

I would give them no stars if I could!
I am on the Federal Do Not Call List, but they break the law and call me anyway. I won't waste my time reporting these scammers to the Government. The FCC and the FTC are doing nothing to enforce the Do Not Call List. This is obvious by the number of phone calls those on the Do Not Call List are receiving. It is too bad the IRS isn't as slack as the FCC and FTC, then we could all save a lot of money on our income taxes. Perhaps if the Government won't help us, we need to help ourselves. Maybe it is time for a little vigilante action.
The next time I am in their area, perhaps I will see if they assault my fist with their nose!

Just a note to say Thanks! to Gold Coast Designs and their crews. I'm very pleased with the bathroom remodel. Everybody at Finishing Touches was great to work with. You took the time to make sure my remodel was exactly what I wanted. It's hard to find people today who pay attention to details and take pride in a job well done. Thanks again!

Gold Coast Designs have provided us with excellent service and extremely good quality workmanship on every job they have ever done for us. From relatively small jobs like house painting to major jobs, such as tile flooring in the bathroom and remodeling our kitchen. The workers who came out and worked on our house are really tidy and very respectful of personal property. They tape and cover everything and clean up at the end of the day as much as they can to minimize the inconvenience. Their prices are very competitive and fair and I would recommend them without hesitation for anything.

Quick and simple! I got the quote for a paint job and had them come out to do the work. Everything turned out wonderful, the guys were very professional and courteous. We had a light talk while I watched them do a little work. Will call them again when I need to do my garage!

No Regrets

I did a lot of shopping around for my house remodeling and from the first minute I met the staff of GCD, I loved these guys. And I definitely don't regret my decision of using them. My new kitchen and bath look amazing and most importantly I have and even happier wife.
