Azari Property Management

I have worked with a number of property management companies over the years, but have never come across someone who is as personable or as strong an advocate as Manzar and her team. Whether it be addressing issues with plumbing or heating or simply assisting in management of lawn care services, etc. by the owners, she has been ultra-responsive and a friend through the process in every sense of the word. I look forward to our paths crossing again - either as a renter of a property she manages or as the owner, allowing her to manage the property for us!

We Couldn't Be Any Happier!

When we decided to relocate to Dubai, we wanted to make sure that our property is in good hands. Azari Property Management not only exceeded our expectations but, as a matter of fact, went above and beyond to make sure that we wouldn't have to worry about a thing! They professionally and efficiently handled everything from making sure that our condo is well marketed based on realistic market conditions to finding the best fit, and from handling tenancy contracts to daily issues like mail, maintenance and accounting.

Honestly speaking, Manzar and her wonderful team are nothing but a fine group of savvy professionals who are fully dedicated to providing excellent, personal and curteous service and to making sure that you have nothing to worry about even when you're half-way across the world!

On the ball, Fast, Caring and Professional

Azari pm prepared my house for re-rental, did a fine beautiful job! My house hasn’t been touched for over 20 years. Now the house is immaculate and in a great rentable condition within the reasonable cost. Inna was very helpful and caring, Brandon worked well with me and ran the construction project smoothly.

They helped me to purchase a condo and found a tenant fast

Genie Mantzoros at Azari Property Management has great communication skills and a sense of humor to keep all transactions as stress free as possible for her clients. She knows all the details so you don't have to worry about them. I have bought property with Genie and she manages my rental property as well. I will not hesitate to utilize her expertise in the future. Azari Property Management is the company that you want on your team.

Azari Property Management goes above and beyond your expecta

Wow. Let me first start by saying, thank you again Azari Property Management for not only helping me find my amazing apartment but for helping with my transition to this new and exciting city. About a month ago I relocated from Charlotte, NC. Not knowing a single soul or anything about the city, I decided to go on Craig's list to look for an apartment. I found Azari Property Management, checked out the website and called. From the moment Manzar answered the phone I felt so much more comfortable about my move. I informed Azari Property Management of my arrival time and Manzar went as far as offering to pick me up from the airport! Knowing that I was in a major time crunch, she didn't want me to worry about finding a unit, so she offered me her loft to stay in temporarily until we found the perfect unit! Manzar was able to find me an amazing apartment within just a few days of my arrival to the city! I couldn't believe it. The apartment fit my every requirement except that it came semi-furnished. Among the many things that they were able to negotiate with the owner, one was having the furniture moved out since my furniture was already on its way over! I was stunned at how much time and dedication Azari Property Management put in this whole operation. I told them that I needed a lock on my window and the next day Manzar personally went to the hardware store and had someone install the lock for me! The day my furniture was being delivered she called and offered to come over to help me move everything in! I just can't say enough about how much Azari Property Management takes care of its clients. Words can't describe the dedication and sincerity that they offer.

I usually don't write reviews and actually never have but I couldn't go another day knowing that there may be other people who are in my same situation that I was in and who could use a company such as Azari Property Management. They truly go above and beyond.

Best Landlord in the City

I have some properties in San Francisco, which are being managed by Azari Property Management, I have been so impressed with the Management group. The team is very professional and work in an expedite manner. I have no worries or concerns, would definetly recommend Azari Property Management!!!!!!

Honest and Reliable

I have been with Azari Property Management for a year now and I could not be happier. Manzar and her staff are always there when I need them. Mazar has become a trusted friend who always goes the extra mile. I would recomend Azari property management to anyone in need of a property management services.

Two thumbs up!!!!

I phoned Azari on a Sunday needing help quickly to find a leasing property for my foreign client. They actually phoned me back. On a Sunday! Not only that, I was assigned to an agent immediately who got to work looking for quality matches to meet my client's needs. Azari's people, service, quality of their listings and way of doing business makes looking for a leasing property a relief - just knowing that they are on the job making sure they are showing properties that truly meet my client's criteria is such a relief. I will use Azari again and again and again. Two thumbs up!

The company’s charismatic leader, Manzar Azari, has gratified me with trust, enthusiastic future, and profound attention to my personal situation. Whenever I came to her office on business, Manzar and her staff made me feel part of a warm, caring, and well-functional family. My two cents: If you are weary of disintegrated and impersonal corporate dealers, you may consider in earnest Manzar’s attentive and passionate management style. She is a tireless enthusiast with high professional standards. I met both of my tenants whom she had placed in my condo. I say she couldn’t have done a better job—the tenants have been responsible, considerate, communicative, and simply beautiful people. If Manzar means “good tenants,” they are more likely to be excellent. If she says “don’t worry,” you are likely to be pacified by a series of detailed got-it-done briefings. This is a truly people-centered company, exuding the well-being, care and ease in a generous family style.
