Great Value for the money! Great Management!

This is a great place. Rents are very cheap and the units are really nice. There is a pool, and oniste laundry. My unit was newly remodeled with designer paint and new kitchen. I have a small yard also. Managment is professional and enforce the rules but do it in a way that is fair and non confrontational. Everyone is friendly and considerate. The rooms are large. They really work at keeping the place nice. I would highly recommend this place. I was referred to this place from a friend that was moving out and they treated him great, didn't try to overcharge him on the deposit or anything. This is a great place for the money.

• Pros: Assigned parking (ample), Pool, Gated Community, small yards
• Cons: No laundry hookups in the unit
