Bad customer service and policies

I will never spend my money at this spa again. They have a very strict cancellation policy; if you do not cancel within 24 hours they will charge your credit card, which you have to provide for an appointment. And I had no problem with this policy until they called me one hour prior to an appointment (that I had scheduled a week in advance) and canceled. And the only compensation they provided was attitude. I can help but find the irony in the fact that a business expects their clients to live up to a standard that they can't match.
